Wykształcenie
I completed my legal adviser application at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Cracow, ending with passing the legal adviser exam. I graduated both from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University – Law and Administration. I was an Erasmus scholarship holder at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc (Czech Republic), where I deepened my knowledge of international law.
Experience
I gained professional experience, including trial practice, working in law firms in Krakow. My professional experience revolves around cases related to defense in criminal proceedings, as well as representation in civil litigation in particular cases related to real estate law. From 2013 to 2015, I was a lawyer in the legal department of the Swiss investment bank UBS where I was responsible for drafting and reviewing interbank agreements.
I also worked for the Frederick Nefros Foundation, and I was the founder and vice president of the Community Worx Foundation https://www.communityworx.pl/ ) dedicated to organizing humanitarian aid for war victims.
Since 2016, I have been running a real estate agency dealing with residential rentals, so I have gained experience in matters related to real estate issues in the broadest sense with a particular focus on the rental market.
